Shipping & Delivery Policy

At RTC Wholesale, we aim to process and ship all wholesale orders as efficiently and carefully as possible.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, supplier timelines, customs procedures, and shipping carrier delays. In most cases, wholesale orders are delivered approximately 3 weeks after payment has been received, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on wholesale orders above €350 EUR for customers located in:

• The Netherlands
• Belgium
• Germany

For orders below this amount, or for shipments to other countries, shipping costs will be calculated and added to the final invoice.

Order Processing

Orders are processed once full payment has been received and cleared.

Delivery & Claims

Upon delivery, the buyer is responsible for inspecting the shipment immediately.

Any claims relating to damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 7days of delivery and must include clear photo evidence of both the products and packaging.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
